The executive officers of the squadron are known as the Bridge. The Bridge conducts the business of the squadron and has the following officer positions: |

The executive committee consists of the Bridge officers, the most recent past commander of the squadron, and three elected representatives of the membership. The Executive Committee members meet with the Bridge on a regular basis to provide support and input from the membership. |

If you were to ask me why our organization is so successful and continuing to grow, my answer would be, "If you attract good people who enjoy going places and doing things that are fun and exciting, then you will have a great organization, and you'll have a lot of fun! It's not a secret, all our members in the Manatee Sail & Power Squadron enjoy an active lifestyle that includes an enthusiasm for boating, the joy of social gatherings with friends, a genuine love of going places and having fun. We are committed to improving our skills and knowledge through the education courses the squadron offers and equally committed to giving back to our community by offering safe boating classes to the general public and by assisting other organizations that support those less fortunate. |
